10 March 2021 – Committed to ensuring the students have optimum learning experience at the university, Yang Mulia Professor Dr Dayang Hajah Zohrah binti Hj Sulaiman, Vice-Chancellor of UTB held an open dialogue session with the students of Universiti Teknologi Brunei (UTB).
During the dialogue, the Vice-Chancellor was delighted to share some of the students’ accomplishments in the field of education, sports as well as the success stories of the UTB alumni. The university’s major achievements and developments this year were also highlighted by the Vice-Chancellor.
The students gained a better understanding on the goals needed to achieve under the UTB’s Strategic Focus Areas, where the university’s expectations of the students were explained. Professor Dr Dayang Hajah Zohrah also encouraged students to participate in extracurricular activities especially religious activities.
Various questions, issues and suggestions from the students were raised and addressed at the end of the session.
Also present at the dialogue session that took place at the University’s Lecture Theatre 2 were, principal officers and staff from the Student Affairs.
