More than 450 students participated in the exciting programme. The students were formed into groups and assigned to seven (7) different government and non-government organizations and venues with pre-determined agenda for the Outreach programme. These organizations include Persatuan Kanak-Kanak Cacat (KACA), Pusat Bahagia, Pusat Kebajikan Warga Emas (PWKE), Beach Bunch in Collaboration with Forestry Department, Belia Masjid Mentiri, Al-Huffaz, and the Society for Community Outreach & Traning (SCOT). Students are expected to be proactive, creative, innovative, independent individuals, able to make informed decisions contributing from this programme and others, similar to this one. It was also to establish and strengthen professional relationships between UTB students and staff, and open pathways for opportunities in reaching out to the community.
