Weatherford's NextGen Graduate Development Program is a five year program specifically designed to provide you with the optimum in training, development and career management including intensive articulating field experience and structured mentoring.
Some of the day to day tasks you will experience as a Graduate Engineer will include:
- Load out service equipment to customer locations
- Rig up and run operations on location under the instruction of lead engineer
- Interface with the customer representative and onboard crew
- Perform maintenance on operational and auxiliary equipment
